There are billions version what is the definition of law. We, as a legal practitioners should grasp one definition which related with formal law in Indonesia. For an example many people usually asked : " What is the function of law if it doesnt well organized human being ? So many law enfocement conduct arbitrarily at the outside of law school class".

To make a proper argumentation, all we have to do is just said : " law is just a tool. The sucessness of law aim it needs a great combination of product of law and law enforcement. And the most important thing is so many outlook to assess what is justice for, accordingly its related how logic we are. 

Like Grotius said : "Law is a rule of moral action obliging to that which is right"
